Le Jardin des Alizés, an exceptional restaurant in Fort?de?France

During our trip to Martinique, we discovered a restaurant in Fort-de-France that we really enjoyed: Le Jardin des Alizés. The restaurant is located inside the Karibea Squash Hotel, but you do not need to stay at the hotel to enjoy lunch or dinner there.

We had a wonderful experience, with refined cuisine, friendly and professional service, and an incredible view over the Bay of Fort-de-France.

A Restaurant Open to Everyone in Fort-de-France

Le Jardin des Alizés is located within the Karibea Squash Hotel in Fort-de-France. Even if you are staying somewhere else in Martinique or simply visiting the city, you are welcome to dine at the restaurant.

That is good to know because it is an excellent place for both lunch and dinner without being a hotel guest.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Le Jardin des Alizés. Every dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented.

We chose the three-course menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. Everyone in our group found something they loved, which is always worth mentioning when dining together.

We also tried the restaurant's Planteur cocktails, and they were excellent. They were well balanced, fresh, and carefully prepared.

Our Review of Le Jardin des Alizés

Our experience at Le Jardin des Alizés was one of our favorite dining experiences in Fort-de-France. We especially enjoyed the combination of refined cuisine, excellent service, and a peaceful setting overlooking the bay.

The fact that the restaurant is open to visitors who are not staying at the Karibea Squash Hotel is another real advantage. If you are looking for a great place to eat in Fort-de-France, this is definitely an address worth adding to your list.
