Our Stay at Karibea Sainte-Luce Hotel

We stayed at the Karibea Sainte-Luce in April 2026, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. From the moment we arrived, the tropical atmosphere, the peaceful surroundings, and the warm welcome from the staff immediately set the tone for a relaxing vacation. The resort is spacious, surrounded by lush vegetation, and offers a soothing ambiance that perfectly matches the spirit of Martinique.

Comfortable and Flexible Accommodations

Most rooms are equipped with a kitchen, which is a real advantage for planning your stay the way you want. Whether you prefer grocery shopping and cooking on your own or choosing a meal plan, the flexibility is ideal. It’s especially convenient for travelers who enjoy alternating between independence and on-site dining.

Three Pools, Three Different Vibes

Karibea Sainte-Luce features three swimming pools, each with its own atmosphere. The first is a stunning infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The second is nestled in nature, right next to the bar, creating a friendly and relaxed ambiance. The third, located in the other part of the resort, is also an infinity pool but much quieter—perfect for unwinding away from the activity.

A Varied Dining Experience

When it comes to dining, the hotel offers two distinct spaces. La Yole serves breakfast as well as lunch and dinner in the form of a varied buffet. Sikrié, on the other hand, operates as a snack bar at lunchtime and offers an excellent lobster dinner in the evening, which we absolutely loved. It was one of the culinary highlights of our stay.

A Spacious Room With a Terrace and a View of a Baobab Tree

Our room felt more like a small apartment, with a large terrace overlooking a beautiful baobab tree. Everything was spotless, and we had two lovely bathrooms as well as a kitchen directly on the balcony. It was a real pleasure to enjoy this space, especially in the morning or at the end of the day.

An Ideal Location by the Sea

The hotel enjoys a prime location right by the beach. A coastal path provides easy access to Gros Raisin Beach on foot, and you can even walk all the way to the village of Sainte-Luce. It’s perfect for travelers who enjoy seaside walks without needing to take the car.

Attentive Staff and a Well-Maintained Resort

We found the staff extremely helpful and polite. The entire resort is very well maintained, and the many parking spaces make things easier when you have a rental car. The hotel is suitable for both families and couples, and despite its size, we found it quite peaceful thanks to the buildings being spread out across different areas surrounded by tropical nature.
