Sainte-Anne and Bao Beach Restaurant

A stunning beach, perfect for swimming

Sainte-Anne Beach, and more specifically Pointe Marin Beach, is one of those places that captivates you from the very first moments. The water is impressively clear, the shades of blue blend into one another, and the sand is almost unreal in its softness.

It’s worth noting that, unlike Anse d’Arlet for example, there are few reefs in this area, so you won’t see many fish.

The water is calm, warm, and perfect for relaxing or swimming peacefully. The atmosphere is gentle, bright, and beautifully tropical in its simplicity.

Bao Beach: a stylish and refined beachfront restaurant

Right on the edge of the beach, Bao Beach blends seamlessly into this idyllic setting.

We loved the atmosphere of the place, both elegant and laid-back, with a menu that is genuinely well curated. You’ll find fresh tartares, lobster, revisited Caribbean dishes, as well as more international options like burgers or fish fillets.

Special mention for the coconut blanc-mangé, an absolutely incredible dessert—smooth, fragrant, and probably one of the best we’ve tasted on the island.

The restaurant also offers sun loungers for rent, perfect for enjoying the beach in total comfort, along with tables set almost in the water for sipping a drink with your feet in the sea. An experience that perfectly captures the spirit of Pointe Marin.
